With the Implementation of EBS at Global Export Marketing Company, the month-end accounting was finalized in just 2 days as compared to the earlier time of 20days.It Shortened the payment cycle from 60 days to only 20 days. With this solution double payments to suppliers were averted by ensuring purchase orders and supplier payments are electronically recorded.
