Role: IT Project Manager

Job Location: Ahmedabad / Pune

Education: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or Information Systems

Responsibilities:
  • Must have relevant experience in managing large Oracle ERP implementation projects.

  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the projects along with the client.

  • Planning and conducting requirement definition, gap-analysis, functional and technical solution design sessions with the client.

  • Develop a budget and road map for all the project phases in these projects and managing scope, schedule, issues, and risk.

  • Creating and managing an overall program plan to deliver the multiple phases of the projects. Each phase would follow the full project life cycle of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closure.

  • Conduct high-pressure and very complex client demonstration of application to finalize the functional solution, integration design and analytics requirements.

  • Managing application configurations and customization development by aligning skilled resources.

  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate functional and technical training to key users and User Acceptance Testing.

  • Getting functional and technical documents prepared and submitted for the client sign off.

  • Develop data migration plan for testing, pre-prod and production phases.

  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

  • Planning production cutover activities, instance management planning, and ensuring to provide mission critical 24/7 support after go-live.

  • Always implement best practices in the area of ERP, Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, projects.

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.

  • Managing project financials and the defined project KPIs.

  • Selected candidate must be comfortable to travel or shift to US with or without family.

Role: Functional / Technical

Pre-requisites:
  • Techno-Functional with 3+ years of relevant experience on HCM modules - Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence and Talent Modules.

  • Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Maintenance Projects.

  • Experience on Payroll Module for any International legislation will be preferred.

  • Should be flexible to travel any location across the world as per business needs.

  • Must have experience in working on international projects.

Role: Functional Analyst

Job Location: Ahmedabad / Pune

Responsibilities:
  • Must have relevant experience in Oracle Finance Projects implementation.

  • Planning customer centric solutions based on an in-depth understanding of all the systems involved and taking into account the impact the new solution will have on the customer's business.

  • Providing functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.

  • Gathering the information regarding their current business processes and future requirements.

  • Standardizing business processes across different entities and business segments and designing the Future Business Processes.

  • Configuration of the system and Demonstration to the Key users in the form of CRP (Client Room Pilot).

  • Conducting pilot session to freeze the client’s business requirement during the CRP Conducting Key user training sessions, User Acceptance Testing & System Integration Testing before the final configuration of the system.

  • Designing integration architecture between Oracle Cloud applications and various Third Party Applications like SFDC, Get Paid, Ratelinx and Oracle EBS using Oracle Standard FBL UCM Integration tools, Oracle Web Services or REST APIs.

  • Consulting the Key Users for efficient master data preparation in line with their policies, data cleansing and Master Data loading in the system using public API's

  • Implementing improvements to facilitate better usage of the system, as well as maintaining and supporting business environments by providing functional support for operational business implementations.

  • Determining the gaps between the client’s requirements and ERP functionalities and defining workable solutions to bridge the gaps.

  • Preparing Functional and Setup Documents as per Oracle AIM and OUM methodology and sharing this with the Technical teams for further development.

  • Completing the configuration in various instance like Test, Dev. and Prod and ensuring there are no incorrect data flows.

  • Planning the closure of the solutions and overseeing the final implementation of the Solutions.

  • Providing Post go live support Supporting the Sales Consulting team for Pre-Sales related activities.
