Must have minimum 2-8 years. of relevant experience in HCM modules - Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll.
Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Maintenance Projects.
Having experience in modules like Talent Management, ORC, TALEO will be an advantage.
Should have experience in US Legislation (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Reports & Benefits module)
Strong Functional Skills on Ramco or Peoplesoft or Oracle Fusion / EBS HRMS on R12 - Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Reports
Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if required.
Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication.
Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences.
Good Knowledge on Peoplesoft or Oracle Fusion / HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Payroll, OTL ).
Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution.
Should be able to handle and support the teams and work independently.
Should be willing to work in US time-zone
Should have Worked on year-end processing for US Payroll.
