This fresher program is for engineering and management graduates with or without experience/domain expertise who are looking for full-time employment. Under this program, we have multiple functional and technical positions where we are looking for freshers/domain experts who can work as Oracle Technical Consultants and Oracle Functional Consultants in the Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle SCM and Oracle Finance domains.

As an Oracle ERP consultant, you will be required to map the business process/business requirements of the customer into ERP software. This position will require communicating with customers and business leaders for requirement gathering and solution definition for assigned Oracle projects. You will also be required to communicate the project status to customers regularly.

As a part of the fresher program, candidates once hired will receive training on Oracle EBS/Fusion products which will last around 3-4 months. This training will be a combination of classroom and on-the-job training where new hires will be mentored by industry experts. Oracle products being widely accepted, the training provided by our industry experts shall help you throughout your career span, apart from grooming you for customer-facing roles. Post-training, new hires will get to work on implementation/support projects with some of our leading customers as shadow resources. During this post-training period, senior team members will mentor the new hires for another 2-3 months till the time they are highly adept with the product assigned to them and the consulting aspects.

Oracle HCM Consulting (Functional / Techno-Functional)

  • Zeal to solve problems and good analytical, reasoning and communication skills
  • Must have a strong interest to pursue a career in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Consulting
  • Should be flexible to work for different time zones and travel as per business requirements
  • Should be open to 2.3 years of service assurance
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for learning Oracle HCM modules and driving implementations, upgrades and support activities based on business needs
  • Responsible for stakeholder management and customer communication
Good to Have:
  • Hands-on knowledge of any other ERP
  • HCM domain knowledge
  • Application development/deployment experience
  • Direct customer-facing experience
