The Evosys team have demonstrated their extensive experience of knowledge of Cloud. Throughout the sessions, the lead consultants have spent the time to ensure we understand how the Oracle solution works, and why it works the way it does- At times we have tried to bend it, but Evosys has helped keep us true to our "adopt" principle and suggested various ways to achieve our required outcome without adapting the solution. Evosys undertook a critical review of our recruitment processes, streamlined procedures and introduced standard templates for letters and contracts. We consider the Oracle Taleo implementation to be a smoothly executed and successful project by Evosys for PI. The journey has been a good one, with the exception of a glitch which happened in the beginning of the project. Given the tight project timelines and PI's complex requirements, Evosys has shown exceptional professionalism and knowledge of their craft, and have been able to deliver nearly all requirements when within their ability to do so. Implementing Taleo ensures that PI's recruiters and applicants are subject to a better experience. It has also greatly eased the recruitment and evaluation process for the Faculty Recruitment Board.
We have received a robust product, customized to our specific needs, which meets our requirement and which has received the endorsement of the President. Our team was extremely satisfied with professional interactions, the speed and efficiency with which you provided feedback and a positive response to all our queries. We are very pleased to announce the completion of the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Application (HR), which went live on January 22, 2017, after three months of consistent hard work. Oracle Fusion Self-services includes recording of leaves, online approvals for HR transactions, (promotion, transfer, termination, etc.), and ability to view and download online payslip, etc. Additionally, the managers will be empowered to perform transactions on their direct reports. We believe that with honest commitment and perseverance, which has been the hallmark of our people, success is certain, with the support of the Evosys team. I am delighted to announce that we have “Gone Live” with our new consolidation system Oracle FCCS!! We have successfully completed our testing and are happy to now start using the system in the live environment. Many thanks to Evosys team for all their support on this project. Team have been extremely helpful and diligent in investigating all of our queries and have been on hand to correct any issues we noted in a very timely manner. The team delivered an excellent training course to us on site and assisted with the inter-company portion of the testing. I really appreciate all of the hard work put in by everyone working on this project and I look forward to working with you all over the coming weeks as we upload the 2017 data into FCCS and begin to use the system for month end reporting.
