Pre-requisites:
  • Techno-Functional with 3+ years of relevant experience on HCM modules - Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence and Talent Modules.

  • Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Maintenance Projects.

  • Experience on Payroll Module for any International legislation will be preferred.

  • Should be flexible to travel any location across the world as per business needs.

  • Must have experience in working on international projects.

Job Description:
  • Strong functional skills on Fusion / EBS HRMS on R12 - Core HR, Payroll and Talent Modules.

  • Should have experience in stake holder management and customer communication.

  • Knowledge on business processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM mMethodology of execution.

  • Should be able to work with Onsite / Offshore teams.

  • Should be able to develop project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts and Manuals.

  • Should be able to lead the solution design and do the QA.

  • Should be able to lead the solution build and guide the team in solution build.

  • Must be open to travel across the globe (as per the project needs).

  • Should have atleast 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Presales role.

  • Must have strong experience on Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Services.

  • Should have Oracle Cloud ERP implementation services consulting experience.

  • Must be able to do demo, provide the solution, pricing, talk about how to implement etc. for Oracle Cloud ERP application (modules like Finance, SCM, etc.)

  • Must have experience working with an Oracle Partner for Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Services - Presales role.

  • Mini. 5 yrs. of relevant exp. in Oracle ERP Project Management role.

  • Mini. 7 yrs. of exp. in implementing Oracle ERP modules like HCM, Finance, SCM.

  • Hands-on experience to work with virtual teams.

  • Should demonstrate capability to execute projects within stipulated time and budget to achieve target profitability.

  • Should be able to demonstrate astute leadership skills.

  • Working knowledge on MS-Project would be an added advantage.

Advantage:
  • PMP Certification will be an advantage.
