Responsible for leading consulting sales business to commercial prospects in UK / Ireland.

Job Requirements:

Will ideally have worked for Oracle or a partner and have knowledge of Oracle products and consulting implementation processes. Must provide a history of achievement of selling complex and high value software solutions or services to customers in UK/Ireland. This is a team leadership role and as such we are looking for somebody with the skills and ambition to transition into a sales management role.

Required Skills:

Job Title : Senior Pre Sales
  • Initiate customer contact to determine the customer's requirements

  • Create customer-specific solutions that address the needs of the customer.

  • Use strategic and tactical thought to create cost and risk models that balance the needs of the customer

  • Prioritise, communicate and mitigate issues and risks with internal stakeholders

  • Present the solution and value proposition to the customer

  • Explain how the solution will be delivered

  • Negotiate and manage approval of changes to Evosys delivery standards to reflect the customer's commercial, operational, security and service level requirements

  • Provide smooth and efficient transfer from pre-sales to delivery teams

  • Recommend improvements to Evosys services, costing methods, and terms & conditions

Detailed Description and Job Requirements :

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell. As a Senior Presales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Job Title : Sales Manager
Detailed Description and Job Requirements :
  • Sells a subset of services directly or via partners (triangulation) to many named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (Malaysia/Indonesia)

  • Primary job duty is to sell business solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

  • 8 years' applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales record of accomplishment.

  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors.

  • Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.

  • Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
